The exhibition linked to the show Professional (De)formation is a visual and narrative extension of the reflection initiated by Élodie Guézou on one's relationship with work and the professional challenges faced. Through portraits and testimonies from workers, the exhibition explores the art of "bending over backwards" in the workplace.
The contortionists of Company AMA interpret these stories physically, highlighting human adaptability in the face of professional constraints.

The conference addresses the effects of intense work on the body, the health challenges posed by contortion, and how it can impact an artist's daily life. This discussion enriches the reflection initiated by the show by offering a shared perspective between artistic experience and medical expertise, raising awareness about body care in demanding professions.
This activity is specially designed for school groups and businesses, offering a fun and educational approach to circus arts in connection with the show Professional (De)formation.
Through interactive workshops on balance and acrobatic lifts, Company AMA invites participants to discover the physical and mental challenges of "bending over backwards" while exploring concepts of flexibility, adaptability, and resilience.
These workshops create bridges between the body and the realities of work, encouraging participants to reflect on their own relationship with work and the demands it imposes, while promoting group cohesion and exchange.
Inspired by the eponymous performance, Artistic Intervention is a creative workshop led by company members, where participants are invited to rethink their daily lives through a unique artistic intervention.
They explore their own artistic language, define a project, and create a piece to present in a familiar space from their everyday life. This action aims to surprise and touch the people they encounter, transforming an ordinary moment into an unexpected artistic experience

TESTIMONIAL COLLECTION AND EXHIBITION
This exhibition is the result of an introspective project based on in-depth dialogues with workers near major cultural centers, such as Théâtre La Renaissance and the Juliobona Cultural Center. Elodie Guezou captured their professional and personal stories during intimate meetings, which served as the foundation for the show Professional (De)formation. These stories were transposed into written portraits and interpreted by the contortionists of Company AMA, expressing adaptability in the face of professional challenges through their art.
The exhibition features a diptych of texts and images, visually and narratively exploring our capacity to adapt and transform throughout our personal and professional journeys.
The installation's duration can vary from 1 day to over a month, depending on the needs. It includes 10 panels, along with setup, takedown, and transportation of the works.
New panels can be designed alongside a phase of testimony collection from local workers, resulting in the creation of 5 to 10 worker portraits, which are then integrated into the exhibition
THE YOGA SESSION
In connection with the show Professional (De)formation and set within its scenic space, we invite the audience to join a yoga session alongside Elodie Guezou, contortionist, or Emilie Bonnafous-Armengol, yoga instructor.
The session focuses on twists, echoing the show, and aims to give participants a feel of being a contortionist! No prior experience or special physical ability is required, and participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.

THE CONFERENCE - DIALOGUE BETWEEN ART AND SCIENCE
La conférence autour du spectacle (Dé)formation Professionnelle réunit deux figures centrales : le Dr Michel Ritz, un médecin rééducateur qui a dédié plus de 10 années à l'étude des contorsionnistes, révélant l'absence de déformation vertébrale chez ces artistes, et Élodie Guezou, contorsionniste et autrice du spectacle.
Dans la pièce Elodie aborde cette rencontre. Elle fut la 28ème contorsionniste étudiée par le Dr Ritz.
Durant la conférence, tous deux partagent leurs expériences et les perspectives uniques sur la contorsion, enrichissant ainsi le dialogue entre l'art et la science.
Cette conférence offre une exploration profonde des intersections entre performance physique et recherches médicales.
Durée : Entre 45 minutes et 1h15, échange avec les spectateurs compris.
EXPLORING THE ART OF "BENDING OVER BACKWARDS"
FOR SCHOOL AND CORPORATE
Dirigé par Elodie Guezou, “Explorer l'art de se plier en quatre” est un projet conçu pour les publics scolaires et les entreprises en lien direct avec la thématique du spectacle.
Les ateliers
À travers des ateliers de pratique physique et des séances de réflexion, un groupe de participants est amené à explorer les arts du cirque et à échanger autour de l'art de se plier en quatre.
Cette expérience immersive vise à stimuler la créativité, à renforcer la cohésion d'équipe et à encourager la réflexion sur des concepts clés tels que le travail, la passion et la réussite professionnelle. En combinant les techniques artistiques du cirque contemporain avec des discussions profondes sur les défis de la vie professionnelle, “Explorer l'art de se plier en quatre” offre une approche holistique de l'apprentissage et de la croissance personnelle.
Le film documentaire
À l'issue de ce projet, nous concevons un film documentaire, trace de cette rencontre. Ce film capturera les moments les plus inspirants et les enseignements les plus précieux de l'expérience, offrant ainsi un souvenir concrétisant l’aboutissement de ce projet et la richesse de cette rencontre.

ARTISTIC INTERVENTION: CREATIVE GUIDANCE
Attentat Artistique est aussi une action pédagogique qui invite les participants à repenser leur environnement quotidien à travers une intervention artistique surprenante.
Guidés par les intervenants de la compagnie AMA, les participants, qu’ils soient élèves, étudiants, membres d’associations, ou patients hospitaliers, s'engagent dans un processus de création autour de la question :
« Quelle surprise artistique avez-vous envie d’offrir aux personnes que vous croisez dans votre quotidien ? ».
Initiée en 2015 avec les élèves de l’École professionnelle des Arts du Cirque de Lomme-Lille, cette démarche a depuis été adoptée par divers publics, des amateurs aux professionnels en formation, en passant par des associations de quartier, des écoles et des patients de l'hôpital de jour.
L'atelier propose un accompagnement personnalisé, où chaque participant explore son propre langage artistique, définit un objectif de création et offre son œuvre sous forme de performance ou d’intervention dans un lieu familier de son quotidien, pour surprendre et toucher les personnes qui l’habitent.
Objectifs :

Accompagner chaque étape du processus de création.
